When steel cable ties are fitted and fully tightened, they hold heat wrap tape, for example, totally secure on an exhaust manifold. In fact, they're perfect for the job! But how do you get steel cable ties really tight? The answer is quickly and easily, and without a lot of fiddling about, if you use the special tools from Rothewald for steel cable ties.
Steel cable ties up to a maximum width of 13 mm can be tightened in no time at all with a bit holder with a 1/4" drive and a square bit, a square wrench, a ratchet or a cordless screwdriver. But a degree of dexterity is also required.
