LSL X-BAR HANDLEBAR, TYPE

The LSL *X01* with type approval for Germany is well worth considering as the new handlebar for your superbike. It has around twice the flexural strength of standard handlebars. This is down to the engineering design which features a 28.6 mm diameter in the clamping area and high-strength aluminium alloy. You also feel it when riding: less bounce and higher reserves in tough conditions. Simply incredible!

Note:
Aftermarket handlebars are supplied without a hole for securing the switch unit. Positioning varies depending on the bike model. Drilling into the handlebar for securing purposes is permitted: First, set up your new handlebar so it is perfectly aligned with the bike. Then try out the positioning of the switch units, making sure that they do not hit the tank at full lock. Mark and drill the securing hole in the handlebar to the required diameter. To make sure that the drill doesn't slip on the smooth handlebar tube, or if you are prone to mistakes when centre punching or somehow not drilling straight, you should use the LSL drilling jig, Order no. 10005264 (see "Compatible products") providing a valuable service - it's best to be on the safe side and use this template to ensure such mistakes are avoided.
