In accordance with the latest guidelines, the carbon part is manufactured entirely from prepreg material using an autoclave. Then, as is usual with Ilmberger products, it is given a clear plastic coating for protection against environmental influences. This plastic coating is far superior to the clear lacquers normally used in terms of the level of protection, scratch-resistance and durability. But it is not only the technical specifications of the coating that are outstanding. It also accentuates the three-dimensional look of the carbon structure.
