Automatic On/Off control
Imagine that you ride into a tunnel on your motorbike and forget to switch from daytime running lights to low-beam headlight. That could spell trouble if you're then less visible to other road users. So the automatic DRL switch from Axel Joost is the perfect solution for you. This compact relay with daylight sensor does the job of switching from daytime running light to low beam and back again - reliably, and automatically.
You can adjust and store the sensitivity of the DRL switch in 60 brightness steps. The switchover time from DRL to low beam is set at less than 0.5 seconds, which is enough for the tunnel. And to make sure the switch is not affected by scattered light from other vehicles or street lights, switching back from low beam to DRL is set at approx. 3 seconds.
