Like almost all sport footrest systems on the market, those from Gilles Tooling are designed for rigid mounting. This joint kit make it a simple job to convert your AS31GT or VCR38GT footrests. The folding mechanism is located inside so that the shape and appearance are almost identical to the familiar look of rigid footrests. The footrest and end cap are both made of CNC-machined aluminium, while the functional parts of the folding mechanism are stainless steel.
