POWER KIT EXTRA 1000 CC

Because of the great demand for optimised kits with al-most wear-free nicasil-coated cylinders, there is now also a Power Kit in the Siebenrock programme for those models that were produced before the model year 1980. An adaptation at the cylinder foot of the well-known Siebenrock parts makes this use possible.
The simple installation without modification to the cylinder head is also possible
here. The high-class products are available for the R75/6, R75/7, R80/7, R90/6 models as well as for the R90/S (all from year 9/1975 on, engine block drilled out to 99 mm). The kit consists of the same parts as in the set described for models
of the later production years. The rider can also register a substantial increase in torque and more solid performance for his motorbike with this product. Increase in torque and power over the entire revs range, coupled with extreme spontaneity and solid quiet-running are unbeatable arguments also in this kit for these easily
understandable tuning measures.
The set includes all of the parts to be seen in the photo necessary for the conversion - such as cylinders, piston pins, high-strength lightweight forged pistons.
The Power Kit EXTRA includes all the parts available in the standard Power Kit. In addition to these, however, the kit also contains stainless steel push rod protection tubes that are already pressed into the cylinders.
The gasket set is not included in the kit but this can be ordered separately as
Art. No. 60190101 and captivates with its OEM quality.

TIP:
To reduce the thermal loading on the machine, we recommend the fitting of an additional oil pan distance ring and/or an oil cooler for all Power Kit conversions (see "Compatible products").
