GILLES-TOOLING TCA Chain Adjuster:
Top-notch technology for the aesthetically minded: This superbly engineered and unique chain adjuster from Gilles is a great substitute for the conventional, relatively bulky mass-produced equipment. The integrated stainless steel bevel gear enables the rear wheel to be aligned in the swing arm accurately to the millimetre. Graduations marked on the swing arm enable you to compensate for any production tolerances (for optimum basic alignment of the wheel, use a laser chain alignment tester, for example). All the aluminium components are made from high-strength al7075, are engineerred in a high-precision CNC process and given an extra-resistant hard anodised finish. All the screws and threaded bolts are made of stainless steel.
For an end result that is both visually and technically perfect, the Gilles Chain Adjuster should always be fitted in combination with the correct axle nut for the particular model of bike.
A professional Gilles stand lifter bracket and a Gilles rear axle crashpad can also be added.

Note:
With all Gilles TCA Chain Adjusters the axle nut is always mounted on the RIGHT relative to direction of travel! On certain models, therefore, in contrast with the original, the axle must be pushed through from the left. This is no problem whatsoever in technical terms and also has the advantage that, in the event of a crash, the axle and axle nut are protected by the exhaust.
