BRUNOX EPOXY RUST

Unless you find the rust bucket look particularly attractive for a motorcycle, you should use BRUNOX Epoxy Rust Converter to put a stop to corrosion.

BRUNOX Epoxy is the only patented rust converter and priming system all in one, containing epoxy resins. The amber-coloured clear solution produces an organic metal complex on iron/steel, which prevents rust formation and, at the same time, acts as a perfect priming coat.

The key advantages:

• Good compatibility with most standard vehicle paints
• Penetrates approx. 7-10 times deeper into the rust pores than rust converter emulsions
• Unlimited shelf life in the well sealed container
• Free of heavy metals and mineral acids

Application in three steps:
1. Sand/brush off loose rust and wipe down
2. Spray from the can 3 to 4 times, and allow to dry
3. Apply top coat

Facemask:

• Wear a facemask if ventilation is inadequate
• For short periods or low level exposure, use a filter mask; for longer periods or higher level of exposure, use a self-contained breathing apparatus
• Short-term filter mask: Filter A/P2, Filter AX
• Hand protection: Glove material: nitrile rubber, butyl rubber
• Eye protection: tightly sealing protective goggles
