ROTHEWALD BRAKE FLUID Rothewald Brake Fluid Tester
For all standard, glycol-based brake fluids. Simply immerse the tester in the brake fluid and press the button on top. The LEDs quickly light up to indicate whether the brake fluid needs to be changed.
Five coloured LEDs instantly show the condition of the brake fluid:
- Green LED = battery is OK, and there is no water in the brake fluid
- Green/yellow LEDs = less than 1% water in the brake fluid
- Green/yellow/yellow LEDs = approx. 2% water in the brake fluid
- Green/yellow/yellow/red LEDs = brake fluid contains approx. 3% water, and should be changed!
- Green/yellow/yellow/red/red LEDs = brake fluid contains at least 4% water and must be changed immediately! Danger!
- Compact and lightweight, with protective cap and clip to hold the tester securely in a jacket pocket
- Switches off automatically after 10 seconds
- Battery-operated (1.5 V AAA battery included)
